The North of England is home to over 1,000 life science businesses employing 38,000 highly skilled individuals, generating around £10.8bn for the UK economy. Tech North exists to accelerate the growth of digital businesses across the North of England through championing entrepreneurship and building collaborative networks. Tech North is pleased to be working in partnership with the Northern Health Science Alliance who bring together the North’s most research-intensive universities and NHS Trusts spanning a population of 15 million patients to present this ecosystem on a global scale.
